Beauty Treatments Gone Wrong

Many of us visit hair and beauty salons to help ourselves look and feel good. Most beauty treatments and hair treatments are performed correctly, resulting in the look you wanted.

Unfortunately though, beauty treatments can go wrong and sometimes can even lead to injury and great distress.

Typical beauty treatments gone wrong include:

  • Allergic reaction to hair dye
  • Eyebrow waxing harming skin
  • Laser hair removal causing burns and scarring
  • Minor cosmetic surgery gone wrong

Any professional performing a beauty treatment on you has a duty of care to provide you with a high quality service that is acceptable and they are legally obliged to keep an accident log book.

If you've suffered injury or distress from beauty treatment that has gone wrong, make sure it is recorded in their book. Even if you did not report it at the time, you should call them back to make sure it is recorded.

My Accident Solicitor can help you claim the compensation you deserve.
