Sports Injury Claims
If you play sports, particularly contact sports such as football
and rugby, then you can expect to pick up an injury from time to
time as part and parcel of the game and you accept this risk.
However, a sports injury can sometimes be caused either
deliberately or through the negligence of someone else (e.g.,
faulty equipment or inadequate training or supervision).
Examples of sports injuries may include:
- An injury due to using poor or defective sports equipment
- Sports injury resulting from incorrect advice by unqualified
staff
- Fellow competitor being violent or malicious, causing
injury
- Injury caused by poorly maintained playing surface or
track
Spectator Injury
Spectators at sporting events can also suffer injury if there
are inadequate safety measures in place to ensure they can enjoy
the event (e.g., unsafe seating or shelter).
If you have suffered a sports injury as a sports person or as a
spectator, My Accident Solicitor can help you claim the
compensation you deserve.
