Food Poisoning

Anyone who has ever suffered from food poisoning will be all too aware of how unpleasant it can be. It can leave you bed bound and feeling awful for days or, in more severe cases, weeks and months.

If you think you have suffered from food poisoning, you may be able to claim compensation with the help of My Accident Solicitor and our Personal Injury claims team.

It can be difficult to determine whether you have food poisoning and some of the symptoms include:

  • Vomiting
  • Stomach Cramps
  • Diarrhoea
  • Nausea
  • Raised Temperature
  • Muscle Aches
  • Shivering
  • Tiredness

However a doctor will be able to confirm whether you are suffering from food poisoning.

If you have had food poisoning and think this may be the fault of a supplier or restaurant, you may be able to make a compensation claim.
